Hello.  I'm so glad you're here.

I know it’s hard to seek help when you feel overwhelmed.

You've been thinking about therapy for a while.

To the outside world, you look like you've got it all sorted. You're doing well in your career, you’re juggling a busy life. You seem absolutely fine.  But inside you feel lost, tangled and trapped.  You feel like you are falling apart… but you can’t let that happen.  You just have to keep on going.

Don't do that.  The best thing you can do is press pause and talk to me.
I provide therapy in the Bradford and Shipley area.  Make some time that's just for you.  Time to heal yourself. Learn to love yourself. Set yourself free.

Testimonials: What my clients are saying...

" After a number of attempts with different therapists, I can honestly say that I wish I had found Tracy sooner! I had previously tried to find help to address issues relating to my self confidence and self worth, all with invariably unsatisfying results. I was extremely sceptical about seeing another therapist, but my scepticism proved unfounded.

Tracy really helped me to elucidate and articulate the origins of deeply embedded patterns of negative and self defeating thinking. This proved essential in enabling her to then work with me to develop practical strategies for loosening their grip. She is patient and compassionate while being kind, proactive and authentic. I found this combination of empathy and understanding of my negative perceptions immensely helpful and I have progressed quickly.

Whether you are considering therapy for the first time or feeling like therapy is a dead end, I believe you have nothing to lose and plenty to gain by seeking out an introductory session with Tracy. I would highly recommend booking a course with her and enjoying the many benefits that will follow. "

" I highly recommend taking the time to work with Tracy. Tracy helped me to have a much better understanding of myself and those around me. She helped me to find the good in myself and to develop strategies to overcome my (very vocal!) inner critic. The work with Tracy was not always easy for me but she helped me to think deeply, to recognise and feel my emotions, to challenge embedded thought patterns and to look at things from a fresh perspective - all in a caring, compassionate and safe environment. Nearly a year after last working with Tracy, I still use lots of the strategies we explored together on a very regular basis. Tracy helped me to grow in confidence and happiness and I will always be grateful for the difference she made to my life. "

" Thank you for the most amazing session of inner-child work that shifted my beliefs and made a real change in my life.  I felt safe and secure whilst you gently but firmly guided me through the process.  You are a fantastic professional coach and I would recommend to anybody.  I am looking forward to our next session.  Thank you so much. Tracy is a wonderfully kind and compassionate therapist and life coach with a genuine passion and skill for helping women learn to love themselves and develop self-belief.  Her gentle, warm and non-judgemental approach has been transformational for my own personal growth and journey. We first met many years ago when she guided me on a journey into higher education, little did I know then that we would reconnect years later for her to once again have a very special and powerful impact on my life through coaching and self-help groups. I feel extremely privileged to know Tracy and would recommend anyone who is considering counselling, coaching or accessing groups to connect with Tracy.

My Story

When I left my toxic relationship, I did it for my daughter.  I didn’t do it for me.

I didn’t like myself, you see. In fact, I hated myself. All my pride, confidence and self-belief had been ground away. I’d turned from a vibrant, outgoing woman into a zombie.

I knew I had to do something to get all the muck out of my head, move out of despair and find Tracy again. It was time to find my future.
